Hey guys, I just played a tournament a couple weeks back and my list completely wrecked 2 of my 3 opponents (tabled them at turn 3 and turn 2.5) and only lost to the other by a single model dying to one VERY bad dice roll. That being said, you'll never get better if you don't change, so let me know what you guys think I could move around at this point level!
General - Dreadlord on Cold One
Sorceress on Foot
Black Ark Fleetmaster
Unit of 10 Cold One Knights with full Command
2 Units of 10 Darkshards
2 Reaper Bolt Throwers
As you can see, its packing a tonne of shooting. The Dreadlords command ability gives me rerolls to charge with the big nasty unit, and makes the cold one bite wound on 3s instead of 4s. Cold One Knights get rerolls of 1s and 2s to saves in combat, so I use the sorceress to follow around shield them for essentially a rerollable 3+ save. The fleetmaster is in the list as a third hero for objective squatting in the mission where only heros can score (don't remember the name, sorry).
Its a lot of points into cold one knights, but they'll completely obliterate anything they charge, and if they can't kill it right away they're tough as nails to try to bring down.
The only idea I've come up with so far to improve the list would be to take Hellebron instead of the Dreadlord to let my knights pile in twice, essentially giving them two rounds with the damage bonus on the turn they charge.
