First one I noticed, heavy weapon squads work better when dedicated to one role, ideally three of the same weapon. Also the snipers work better when part of a company command squad tomake use of the better BS.

Also vox casters are useless unless you have them in your command squads too. Either take them off squads because you gett the 3d6 orders bonus or add some to the commad squads.

Your tanks seem alright, but I would consider adding a vanquisher as you do lack anti tank. A BS3 lascannon is not enough.

If you can spare 20 points to get an Astropath to roll a cheeky shrouding your tanks would become quite dangerous and hard to kill

Grenade launchers doesnt really do much. Either get a flamer to clear objectives, or a meltagun for real anti-vehicle. Flakk missiles are vasted points. If you run into fliers, either ignore it, or get a 85 point Aegis wall and an AA gun. Will give cover to your tanks and men as well. The company commander can use it with his 4BS.

Voxcaster without giving it to the officer ordering them is pointless. Get some priests instead and put with those 20 men infantry blobs to make them fearless. GIve them 2 flamers instead of 2 grenade launchers and make any charge on them painfull.

You lack a little mobility in capturing objectives. If you can spare the points, get a chimera for one of the command squads. Give them 2 meltaguns and let them tank hunt, or 4 flamers so they can jump out and annihilate anyone defending an objective. Perhaps you can get the points form the heavy bolters on the leman russes. Heavy bolters are not really that great.

Let the galaxy burn.

Sadly the cadian battle group doesn't give a slot to take a fortification.
