In 40K I know everything is written in the Imperium of Man point of view. Rule book, codices even non Imperium codices are written in the IoM pop. How is it for the Age of Sigmar? Is it from the Sigmar's race point of view?

Are the Battletombs (is that the AoS version of codices correct?) written in Sigmar's race point of view? I am reading my Beastclaw Raiders book and it's hard to tell if it's from Sigmar's race point of view or not. I am trying to create my own fluff for my Beastclaw Raiders but not sure how to take some of fluff. Not sure to see it from the Beasclaw Raiders pov or Sigmar's race pov.

How is the Sepheron (spelling?) book written as? How about the other Battletombs? What point of view have they been written in?

It's from the army/general narrator's point of view. That's the hint I get from when reading battle tomes.

Seems similar to that of Fantasy, whereby respective Battletomes are almost narrated by the native race.
