Need critique for this list as i'm just about to start building it. It's the total limit of what I will field and a LITTLE bit fluffy.
It's essentially the Second Company of the Emperor's Knights chapter.

First, I love that you are legitimately going for a full company. Not just the minimum MSU build for the free toys. That said, while this would look great on the shelf, I don’t think it would play that well. While you have a ton of bodies, you don’t have a lot of firepower, and some of what you have is a little scattered.
What chapter tactics are you using?
Plasma pistols are comically overpriced. If you are taking a LC, go with combi-plas. You are not getting the extra CC attack anyway. I think the captain would get more use out of the teeth of terra then the chaplain.
Command squad seems a bit expensive. I might trim their gear back a bit.
I’m not a big fan of fists on 1W guys. Or CC weapons on Tac sarges in general. Lots of sunk points there. I’d focus your squads better. You are playing with pods. Gear them as specialists, and drop them where needed. MM/M c-melta, GC/G c-grav, HB/F c-flamer etc.
It’s worth upgrading your assault sarges to vet for the extra attack. I’d not give them an unwieldy weapon unless they have a character in there with them to eat the challenge. Also, Codex sarges can’t take combis.
Not a fan of PCs in general. If you do want to take them, swap around your devs, so one is 4xLC and the other 4xPC. If you do want to give the sarge a combi, c-grav would probably get more use.
Not really seeing the use of the HF razor. TLLC might serve better.
I’d keep the chaplain bare bones with a JP and stick him in an assault squad.
I like the dread.
I think you’ve spent a lot of points on upgrades that you don’t need to. Shave all the powerfists off, and you could do things like include another dread, or bump your dev squads to 10 men. (You are so close to the full 107 bodies on the table, might as well go all the way)

here';s the reasons why I haven't changed some things
I like plasma pistols. they're expensive but they're AP2.
Power Fists on Sgts....I've already modelled 2 but can have the rest with Power Swords. I like the Combi-weapons cause they give unit more versatility.
Def agree with assault squads, I have upgraded them.
Chaplain I like the way he is. Teeth of Terra gives him option of using the Crozius OR going on a Rampage.
Devs I've changed to all plasma or all lascannon
Command Squad I will see how they work first at that points. WIth Captain and Chaplain in them they are a squad killer I think.

If you are willing to pay the points for a plasma pistol, and want it for that AP2, have you thought about grav pistols? For example, take the power sword/plasma pistol vet in the command squad, and replace his gear with a power axe/grav pistol. Adds a bit more AP2 to the squad, and if you do need to plow into something big and nasty, the concussive from the grav pistol lets your I1 guys get their licks in.
And if you are spending the points for the special pistol, don’t take it with a specialist weapon. Part of the premium you pay is the easy access to the +1 attack.
Combi weapons are great on tac sarges. Pretty much the only thing I give mine these days (barring the odd melta bomb to suck up those last 5 points)
For the chaplain, when would you use the crozius when you have the teeth? The only time you might choose the crozius if if you could get an extra attack from pairing it with an extra weapon. And as you need to swap one of yours to get the relic, this is not happening. To be honest, you would be better off swapping the crozius for the teeth and keeping your BP. Then at least you get to snap off a shot or two before piling in. IMHO chaplains are there as force multipliers, not personal beatsticks. If you just want to gear up and blender things, the captain is a much better platform for that. One of the perks of chaplains is that they work well with just stock gear.
If you are still building and collecting, I’d look into magnetizing. I can be useful if you realize later that you want to shift things up. Especially for units like command squads with all their options.
On that topic, if you are willing to blow points on looks/fluff, consider getting the standard bearer for your command squad. IMHO they are not worth the points from a game mechanic POV, but from a fluff standpoint, if the whole company is taking the field, they are going to fly their colors.

ok so I had two test games over the weekend against Tau and also a friend's Iron Hands marines.
Against Tau the list was ok but Pods were destroyed by markerlights and broadside mass fire pretty easily, denying me some objectives (the tac squads went down to mass fire warrior fire)
Against Iron hands I was against a mass Rhino/Razorback and 2 land raiders list and though I melta'd quite a lot of vehicles I found my marines holding objectives I needed were picked off by long range fire over the course of the game.
Also my power fist sgts were useless.
Whirlwinds didn't make a difference at all. Either scattering or not doing a thing against the rhinos/razorbacks. they're dropped
SO. new LIST!

Oh quick thing.
I've decided to go with Salamander Tactics (with so much melta and flamer why wouldn't I)
NOT going Vulkan cause can't afford him but every character has Master Crafted weapon (combi-weapons on tac sgts)
One question,, if you give assault sgt 2 lightning claws and you master craft one weapon does that mean both count as MC or just one claw? and how does that work in combat?

It works (for most of the time)
Pick your weapon (the MC LC)
Do you have a suitable weapon in the off hand? If so, get an extra attack with your primary weapon.
There are only a handful of guys that can split their attacks between their weapons.
The only time you won’t be able to use the MC one is if someone disarms you or something else odd happens. Special abilities of some Eldar come to mind.
