So its been a little over 18 months since I first reached out to the DD forums as a fledgling business startup selling some (although not much) Games Workshop products in a small store and online.
Since then we have been staggered by the sites popularity and the sales seem to increase day on day. To that end we are having to think very fast about improving the levels of customer service being given and how best to try and scale so as not to "get too big too quick".
I know many of our customers are regular users of the DAKKA DAKKA pages and wondered if there is anything anyone would like to feedback in terms of things we can do differently? Things you would like to see us stocking in the future? Just general advice and feedback really.
