So I have the flesh eater court battle tome and was wondering if any of the units are affected by sunlight, lore wise.

None that I'm aware of. FEC ghouls aren't undead, they're just degenerated humans, sometimes mutated via consuming vampiric blood or worse (e.g. Crypt Flayers eat zombie dragon flesh). Although interestingly enough the Ghoul Kings are specifically called out as being vampires, but nothing is mentioned about them being affected by sunlight at all.

Nagash is the one who cursed them to burn in the sun, never read anything about him revoking that curse.

The curse is for vampires while ghouls aren't even undead anymore so wouldn't be affected by sunlight.

The Ghoul Kings though are specifically mentioned as being vampiric, just everything else (including the Varghulf which inexplicably went from being a vampire who gave into its most bestial desires and had its form subvert to mimic its bestial soul to basically a bestial ghoul retainer that is specifically NOT a vampire) is not. But still, nothing is stated about the Ghoul Kings being vulnerable to sunlight.
