Has anyone had any success using 2 Forts? 2 of the same, or 2 different ones?
I've been using a VSG lately and almost have a Skyshield painted and ready to go. I'd love to use both in the same game (double CAD, obviously), but I don't see it been all that competitive due to the points invested.

Multiple fortifications can be quite fun, but I've only ever tried it for fluffier, narrative battles, basically Stronghold Assault, except using house rules instead of the book. I used a FSR, an ADL, and I believe 2 bastions. In regular games, especially maelstrom missions, I feel this is not the most competitive ideas, as it promotes a very static army to hold not just one, but multiple spots. But in a more casual game, go for it and see how it goes.
