Just purchased but no instructions, having issues with some pieces. Games workshop has no instructions. Tells me there was instructions on the back of a UK box once.
The holes for the legs have numbers BUT there was no numbers on the legs or sprues.
Any help would be appreciated.

They are inferring that you bought a recast model, that's why there's no instructions. In his haste to write his well thought out remark he forgot that there is a large second hand market where this may have been bought officialy*cough*eBay*cough*. I'm sorry I can't help you with your original problem though.

Well then you can just contact them to send you the missing instructions. GW stuff should have had that in there.. I don't own the spider but can't imagine it's usually shipped without instructions (except by recasters ofc )

SO I did some research when the OP was posted, and found years of posts (mostly on Da Warpath) asking for help with this model. I found no actual instructions, or evidence they ever existed on the GW site, but it sounds like the numbered holes on the body should match up to numbers on the legs (perhaps on the sprues they used to be attached to).
Is your copy in finecast now? The numbered leg sprues may have been lost in the transition process from metal. The upside is those legs will be way easier to attach than the metal ones, which required pinning + GS + superglue combo.
