Hi guys.
I'm pretty new to the Warhammer 40K boardgame, and I need your help.
I'd like to make either a Khorne Daemonkin army or a Chaos Space Marine army. Now, I got into this hobby because of a friend, and he is playing Space Marines, so I want an army that is build around that.
Here's what I've already got:
16 Chaos Space Marines
20 Chaos Cultists
10 Bloodletters
8 Khorne Bezerkers
1 Chaos Spawn
5 Possessed

Now, what should I get to stand a chance against him? (please not anything too expensive)
Thank you in advance.

Well- you need an HQ option to lead your army. I would say Chaos Lords on Juggernaut but then you would have to buy another unit to escort him (probably more spawn or some Fleshhounds) daemon Primce or , even better, a Bloodthirster will fit good as a leader to a Khorne Daemonkin army.
Honestly, KDK are much stronger than CSM.

If your buddy plays SM, a Heldrake may serve you well. Also- Fleshhounds are very good in KDK.

Gorepack -Flesh hounds and Melta Bikes, His vehicles are toast.
Possessed and Spawn are a waste of points
Beserkers seem cool but unless they're in an assault vehicle they don't last long.
Blood thirster for me can either 1)shred like crazy or 2) tank enemy firepower
Soul Grinders with Phlegm are fun. Not so much against terminators in CC though.
Cultists are great for Blood tithes
Blood letters are an alright infantry choice, I'd buy them with cultist death blood tithes instead of points.
I face marines a lot and these are some of the units I've had success with.

WAAAGH!!!
