Hey guys. I have Varangur now, and a section of a lot i bought was a set of wratgnongers. How would you field these?

I collect:

Grand alliance death (whole alliance)

Stormcast eternals

Slaves to Darkness - currently Nurgle but may expand to undivided.

Maybe Bloodsworn with Brand of the Warrior? Could work.

Reaver troops sound right.

They could also work as the fallen.

I dunno, Fallen are probably too fast to really work... depends though.

Depending on what other models you already are using, they are several options :

- As sons of Korgan, multi based on a 125x50 (troop) or 125x100(regiment), with something like 6/7 and 12/14 models per units (as their size probably won't allow for more)

- As reavers (unarmored berserkers)

- As the fallen, large infantry of height 1

- as allied ogres or similar large infantry, with the helm of confidence is you don't want to also take a hero to inspire them

- another option, if you explain that they are some kind of mutated/enhanced magically self healing berserkers or similar, you might use them as cav trolls (or a champion as a cave troll king)

- indivudually as heroes on foot (cursed son or chieftain), remember that your heroes can use a larger base if needed, so if they don't fit on 25x25, simply put them on 40x40mm

When I was going to do Varangrr, I bought some 'mongers to use as Fallen. Then I sold them to another dude who wanted to use them as Fallen in his Varangrr army

But aye, you've got options with the power of multibasing!
