Ok so I have a highlander event coming up. (no duplicating anything in the book except troops and only when you have taken all troops available first) 3 flyer limit per army. Also there is a restriction of 8 warp charges BEFORE the die roll. So no need to max on a lot of levels.

The idea is pretty obvious. Since there is a warp charge reduction I am going more close combat. Also with the doom bell and kairos/belakor both with shriek I can shriek people with -1 ld and using terrify from bel makes it -2! Can be brutal!

Yeah seems solid. The only thing I'd consider is dropping the Horrors for a ML2 on the Nurgle Herald. Endurance is obviously great for the unit and Warp Speed and Iron Arm really make him nasty. Then again you may just want the bodies.

Looks like a Da Boyz list. I will be there as well. Looks like a solid list to me, very tough buffs in there. With the limit to warp dice there isn't much more you can add for ML as you'll want shreiks getting off. Don't think there is much you can do. A culexus may be your one worry as well as a first turn alpha strike but with the format you should do just fine.

I appreciate the imput! I actually posted this a week or so ago and have played 2 games with it. I really don't like the restrictions and also realized belakor cant invis anything relevant as hes an ALLY OF CONVENIENCE for this event... Uggg

I am thinking I may just play something else. The warp charge restriction, although good at balancing daemons in this format is too harsh. You cant really shoot since you have almost no guns and the restrictions on charges are terrible for the psy shooting.

I played eldar/with sentinels allies last year and went 4-1. I may play something similar. :(

The AOC is tough to deal with. I do like what they do with the format just so people think outside the box and try new lists but i get your point. Last year I went KDK thinking I'd get owned by Eldar and went 5-1 vs some tough Taudar lists and found that the best thing to have in the tourny is tough units and lots of scoring. We can kind of predict any eldar list there and there will be several so I try to cater to what I think I'll see a lot of. I'm doing Admech this year and going for fluffy and fun and just get a good drink going as the venue is amazing.
I think your list is still strong but dropping Belkor for a Beefed up Lord with the Axe in a pack of spawn may be a better fit. That way you can keep the Heldrake which is an amazing unit for this tourney as it will roast those big scat bike units that you know you will see. Also a soul grinder with phegm would be handy as it's AP3 large blast to get those bikes to jink. You will need an answer to Wraithknights and imperial Knights. One riptide shouldn't be too hard for you to handle. Fatey has the shooting D which is amazing to have for such knights but with ITC best case you are doing 3 wounds.
Invis is nerfed any ways so belkor isn't really needed too much. He is a beast though.
