I took some earlier considerations from the previous post and have tweaked the list some more. A lot of this is still based on "models I'm working with."

I have 8 WC base. The Lord and Sorcerer join the Spawn. Bikers do their own thing.
Helbrutes are simply because I don't have enough Autocannons on-hand to bash together several Havoc Teams. I figured "might as well toss Plasma on them, and threaten the occasional Jink on nearby Bikers" or so.
The earlier list had the Burning Brand of Skalathrax but I swapped it out for "The Last Memory", as I wanted an extra Mastery Level, plus having a guaranteed Nova does have its uses. That, and ML 4 is always nice.

I only have 6 Bikers at the moment, but the moment I buy a 3rd box (or 2nd-hand), then my plan would be to drop the 4th Rhino and take a 3rd unit of Bikers. 40 points would let me buy a 3rd ML for the Herald and buy Meltabombs for the Bike Champions.
I think such a combo would be be "solid" for Chaos. Between 9 WC base and a versatile toolbox of powers, it could allow for a lot of shenanigans.
