So I'm trying to make my nurgle a little more competitive and here's what I got. Sadly I took my helldrake out since its been nurfed so hard.

I think it can do alright for casual games. Competitive tourney style will crush it lol

Have you thought of allying with Chaos Daemons? Either Nurgle to keep the theme, or something else (outflanking Slaanesh?) would help to keep up the pressure on your opponent. The Havocs could be replaced with a (CD Heavy choice with Skyfire cannons as standard) with template that advances as well as fires at the enemy.

Your Prince is expensive, and will only have the Chaos Lord+Spawns as company if he goes into hand-to-hand with the enemy.

If your Plague Marines are going to grab objectives they may not need a Rhino each. Or you could outfit one squad with meltaguns in case of AT/assult duties.
