Looks mostly fine to me, just a few points I'd like to touch on: - Keep in mind that the +1 BS or WS has to be the same for the whole formation, so you'd likely end up having to give those scorpions +1 BS, which isn't terrible, but also isn't ideal. - You didn't list an Exarch for your Striking Scorpions. If you want them in an aspect host they need to have an Exarch. While we're on the subject, Striking Scorpions are best used with an Exarch wielding a scorpion claw for the heavy hitting. Those guys are deadly in combat. - I'd recommend trying to find spots for some more Bright Lances. Right now you've got no turn 1 answer for AV13+. It'll take time for the Crimson Hunter to arrive and for your fire dragons/Wraithguard to make it to their target. Throwing Bright Lances on your Wave Serpents will give you something to fill that gap. Also adding Shuriken Cannons onto them helps keep lots of Dakka coming from them! - Wraithguard are best taken with D-scythes for their ability to hit more than one target. A squad of 5 will usually wipe at least one thing off the table, unless they're focused very hard. Even better if you manage to hit an open-topped transport or building fire point with an enemy unit embarked! if you take D-scythes, you won't need the Spiritseer's Spirit Mark special rule since they don't roll to hit, which will give you 20 points to spend elsewhere. You can, of course, still keep him in for the psychic shriek if you want. Adding all of these changes (including dropping the Spiritseer) would bring you to 1498 points. So the list would be: CAD Farseer - Skyrunner 3 Windriders w/ Scatter Lasers 3 Windriders w/ Scatter Lasers 3 Windriders w/ Scatter Lasers Wraithguard w/ D-scythes Wave Serpent w/ Bright Lances, Shuriken Cannon and Holo-Fields Crimson Hunter Exarch Aspect Host (+1BS) 4 Striking Scorpions +1 Exarch w/ Scorpion's Claw Wave Serpent w/ Bright Lances, Shuriken Cannon and Holo-Fields 4 Warp Spiders +1 Exarch 4 Fire Dragons +1 Exarch Wave Serpent w/ Bright Lances, Shuriken Cannon and Holo-Fields The only thing I'd consider changing would be the Striking Scorpions since they don't really fit into an Aspect Host with a shooting buff. Taking something like Dark Reapers or Swooping Hawks instead would make better use of the bonus. But that's completely preference, Striking Scorpions aren't bad at all.
