So I've come into possession of a Vampire Raider. I'm trying to build a fluffy list around it. I came up with an Ulthwe Raiding Party, to strike where the webway doesn't go to.

The Autarchs role is to get the Nightshade Interceptor/Nightwing in sooner than later, tank challenges for the Seer Council, and deny overwatch. All of the infantry will start in the Vampire Raider, on the Landing Pad. Landing pad is only their to give the Vampire Raider a start on the board. If I need to guard an objective in the backfield, a squad of guardians can jump out and go to ground with conceal + the landing pad saves.

Something I noticed, I think the Vampire Raider can tank shock/thunderblitz in hover mode.... This makes for a huge wingspan of thunderblitzing!

Let me know what you guys think. I know it's a bit of an odd list. Can it work in a FLGS tournament? All feedback is welcome.
