It looks fine for a pickup list, but If you're going for a more competitive list then I have some feedback. Trying to stick as close as possible to the list you already have, this is what I've got. - The warlock on the jetbikes is handy if you're making a poor man's seer council unit, but then you'd probably want a second Farseer. At 750 points I'd recommend dropping him and spending the points elsewhere. - The Spirit Stone of Anath'lan is arguably the best relic in the codex, but don't just blindly take it. That's 15 points you could spend on an extra body somewhere, or Holo Fields on the Prism so it doesn't have to Jink as often (a jinking prism is basically a waste of 125 points). Remember that you can re-roll your psychic tests once per turn with the runes of the Farseer. In my experience the Eldar powers are best used with some sort of deathball unit, but a single Farseer is best utilized with cheap spells. Most of telepathy is warp charge 1 so you could roll on that and see what you can get. Often I like to take guide, prescience, and psychic shriek so I can twin-link 2 units per turn with guide and prescience and really maximize your shooting's damage potential, and still have that powerful shriek against tough targets. It's nice because they're all primaris so I know for certain what his role will be. - Your list's Anti-vehicle is a bit weak. Fire Prisms are fine, especially at lower points levels, just make sure to twin-link it with your Farseer's powers because it's pretty useless when it misses with it's one shot. - I think the real problem though, are your Wraithguard. They are slow, expensive, and only have 12" range, meaning it's not very likely that they'll make it to their target before being charged by something, tarpitted, or shot off the table. They don't have Battle Focus either. If you want to take Wraithguard, they NEED a delivery mechanism. Dark Eldar allies with a Webway Portal or Wave Serpents are the most common options. I'd recommend swapping them out for some Fire Dragons in a Wave Serpent. They're incredibly effective against vehicles, and they are cheaper, making them ideal at lower points values. They've also got Battle Focus, so they have a longer maximum range and are a bit more manoevrable (especially with their serpent). So with the changes above, the list would look something like this: HQ 1x Farseer + Jetbike + Singing Spear Elites 5x Fire Dragons Wave Serpent + TL Bright Lances Troops 3x Windrider w/ Scatter Laser 3x Windrider w/ Scatter Laser Fast Attack Warp Spiders 4x Warp Spider 1x Warp Spider Exarch Heavy Support 1x Fire Prism + Holo Fields Total: 747 points
