I wrote an Ork list.

++Mogrok's Bossboys [Primary]++
Big Mek on Warbike w/ KFF, Big Choppa, Bosspole, and Da Finkin' Cap - 130 [Warlord]

2 Big Meks w/ Shock Attack Gun, and 3 Ammo Runts - 94 x 2 = 192

Warboss on Bike with Da Lukky Stixx, Power Klaw, and Kombi-Skorcha - 145

Warphead - 70

++CAD++
+HQ+
Painboy on Bike - 75

+Troops+
2x: 14 Gretchen and Runtherd w/ Squighound - 52 x 2 = 104

+Elites+
2x Tankbustas: 5 Tankbustas, Nob has Big Choppa - 80 x 2 = 160

+Fast Attack+
4 Deffkoptas w/ Rokkit Launchas - 120

+Heavy Support+
2x Mek Gunz: 3 Kannons, 3 Ammo Runts: 61 x 2 = 122

Gunwagon w/ Ram - 65

++CAD 2++
The same as CAD 1, except replace the Painboy with a Warphead, and instead of Deffkoptas, three units each of two Warbuggies w/ Rokkit Launchas.

Total: 1850

I took the Bossboy formation to get +1 to Seize The Initiative, and to allow D3 units of choice to Outflank with Acute Senses. I also get a free roll on the Strategic Warlord Trait. This list has the potential to be run near-null.

The Mek, and Painboy join the Deffkoptas. The Shokk Attack Meks join two Gretchen units. The Warboss occasionally joins the Koptas, or he runs solo as a mini-MC.

I took the second Warp-Ead because the Bossboy formation required one, and I like "double or nothing". They'll usually use the Waaagh discipline and serve as "another gun", one that doesn't prevent their unit from Running or their transport from moving Flat Out.

The Gunwagons are either transports for the Warp'Eads or for the Tankbustas; if the Tankbustas use the transports, I join the Warp'Eads to the third and fourth Gretchen units.

Warbuggies are sacrificial fodder; they ring around the Kopta mini-star to give it space and block off stuff like WWP Scytheguard/etc, or they can outflank.

I contemplated making the Warboss a Megaboss instead of a Bikeboss, so he can either be tossed in a Gunwagon as a "bomb", or used to grant S&P to a Mek Gun unit for additional outflank shenanigans. Overall though, I think the Bike is less gimmicky.

I like the idea and have run something similar but I went for the near null deployment more strongly. Three units of Lobbas make a great anvil to the Bossboyz hammer, you can deploy them as far back as possible in cover for that nice T7 potentially 3+ cover save in ruins with the right Strategic trait. If you add that (only slightly gimmicky) MA Warboss to one unit you're very unlikely to be blown off the board turn 1. Then I like to also use two Warpheads, Grots, two units of Tankbustas and the rest to flavour - usually predominantly shooty units. Ideally you want to Outflank the 'bustas for some nice rear or side armour shots when they arrive and attach the Weirdboyz to them if you roll any of the high strength Waaagh! powers because the Tankhunters rule will confer to the IC. If you roll the Orky Gate of Infinity you can keep jumping around your 'bustas, Gitz or whatever over the board.

I had a lot of fun with my similar list and I hope you have the same, good luck!

Another thing I realized is that if I drop the Ammo Runts from my Kannon Crew, I have enough points to replace two units of Grots with two 10-man units of Ork Shootaboyz. They can do more than just "camp" objectives, and they give more Ere We Go bodies for Warp Charge. Even at BS 2, an extra 40 S4 shots can provide earlygame harassment.
