Hello, looking for C&C for casual gaming among a small group where we typically do 2v2 1500s (or sometimes 2v1 @ 3000vs1500). One person plays orks, another Tau/ultramarines/grey knight, the other skitarii/space wolves/necrons. Sometimes knights are brought. Other times Stormsurges are brought. Many times a necron decurion appear too.

Is the list too cheesy? Also, I'm trying to fit Be'Lakor....

You've got some pretty effective units mixed with some fairly ineffective units. I'd say it's rather balanced, and it's definitely not strong. I'd be happy to play against this particular list, looks like a pretty easy win.

5 Bikers with a single Plasma Gun? Seems a little odd.
10 Cultists with a flamer? Whats the purpose of this unit?

The Chaos Lord with the Steed is cute and tricky. I think he deserves a Sigil of Corruption.

Not a bad list, but certainly not competitive.
