So in light of the newest Kill Team rules, I wanted to revisit this topic:
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/696563.page

This round, however we are able to take 1 unit of each legally, instead of in a hypothetically scenario.
So who wins:

1 Striking Scorpion Exarch w/ Scorpions claw - Leader
8 Striking Scorpions - 3 of which are specialists
193 pts - 9 total models

VS

1 Klaivex - Leader
8 Incubi - 3 of which are specialists
190 pts - 9 models total

I kinda think the Scorpions might have this one again, yet it should be a much closer match. True there is more terrain and thus the Incubi are almost always going last, but with a 3+ armour and FNP, it is possible for an individual Incubus to survive the attacks of a single Scorpion. The odds are not so likely for the individual Scorpion.

Scorpions have the shooting edge again, although having to shoot 1 at a time may alter things a bit and allow more Incubi to slip by.

What are the best Specialist rules for either side? I am thinking Exploit weakness, Killer instinct or FNP will help the Scorpions, whereas Murderous blows, Hatred, Infiltrate, Stealh are all good for the Incubi.
Preferred enemy seems good for either side. Any other stand out specialist rules?
