Hey here's my list for a 2000 Point tournament and i am curious what you guys think about it! =)

Maybe some of you have a few suggestions what i should add for my last remaining points?

I only have Zombies (60+) a few skeletons (10+) and 10 Ghuls, so i can't make a Ghulpatrol or something like that.

Other things i own are 6 Vargheists, 6 Batswarms, a few Vampires, 2 Necromancer, Banshee and a Cairn Wraith.

So what can i make better? Looking forward to some answers =).

I would add in 3 of your Vargheists, 10 more zombies and the Cairn Wraith. Then you've got enough zombies to be able to take some casualties and keep the rank bonuses, you'll have a fast spoiler/objective unit in the Vargs, and then you've got a third hero for capping objectives and spreading Deathless Minions.

If you just want to go for battleline tax, either get some more zombies (40 or 50 in total like Greenshoes said) or swith over to skeltons (3*10 with swords).

If play vs mortal wounds, morghast archais are great! You are also missing high rend, so they would be be awesome if you are open to new purchases.

Also you are a little light on magic. You can just cast just 2 spells. Sadly death hasnt much mages, either a normal vapire lord (flying or on steed) or arkhan would be great.
Spirit hosts also would be able to dish out some mortal wounds!

Sadly i dont have expierince with the Zombie dragons and terrorgheists, but one of them is kinda bad vs high bravery as far as I remember!

You can look in T3 for tournaments in Austria, there are a few sometimes^^.

Our tournament is a private one near vienna under friends, but with as hard as possible lists=).

Hm i don't have 30 skeletons, but i think that zombies are better with their merge rule and they also hit on 3 and wound on 3s when there are 30+.

Yeah archais are good, but expensive and i am spare on points^^.

For Rend i have my monsters, Zombiedragon has -3 to -1 Rend on his attacks and the Terrorgheist has -2 to -1 rend and his shriek attack (which can generate a lot of mortal wounds against weak bravery).

For magic i only have the Necromancer and the Ghulking, but with the rule of one i only have one attempt per spell, so does it really matter?

With the battalion the undead monsters have a potential attackrange of 32" (average will be more 27" but this is good enough).

Hope i can make a few test games before our tournament^^.

If you can find it the Screaming Skull Catapult from the Tomb Kings line has great synergy with terrorgheists. Don't overlook the Terrorgheists 6+ to wound with it's maw attack doing 6 mortal wounds. It's really great.

Thx^^. The screaming catapult will not be allowed in our tournament, because it's from the legacy warscrolls. So i have no access to old modells from whfb.

Yeah i like the terrorgheist a lot too=).

Any further suggestions for my army? Is it okay in it's current state or should i buy new things and add them?

With what you have available I'd increase 2 of the units of zombies to 20 and add 3 vargheists. First turn you merge the zombies and have a 50 strong unit. Remember the necromancer's special spell that would let them pile in and fight twice in the next combat.

I faced a list similar to this at a tournament at the weekend just gone and it's nasty! The event didn't have any battleline restrictions or anything like that so I face 5 big beasties! It was a quick game.

Thing to remember is that in the FAQ you can have some Ghoul Kings on your other monsters, which would make this very very nasty (especially with another Cloak and Shadows!).
