Not really sure how I feel about this list.

In my experiences so far master of ordnance can be unreliable. I see what you are doing in regards to company command squad being able to give orders.

I dont see how Coteaz really fits in here. You can't get servo skulls with him.

I think you'd be better off with more inquistors with more servo skulls to reduce the scatter by a dice in most locations.

That said I can see this list being wrecked by flyers and deep striking.

I mean... it's nice; possibly not competitive but certainly brings the firepower... would possibly be more competitive the lower point games you fielded it in?

as for the above: I have to disagree, Fliers aren't gonna love a field full of snapfiring scatter lasers and heavy bolters, somethings gonna hit eventually, through sheer weight of fire? If all 10 chimeras took scatter lasers and heavy bolters on the hulls and you needed fliers dead, that's 60 bullets filling the airspace?

10 chimeras is a lot of armour to face down; less experienced opponents will be tempted to focus down one unit at a time; or worse: spread their firepower across your battle line. an experienced general will attack roughly half of your force and shake and stun as many as possible to reduce the amount of templates you throw down in your ensuing turn?

deepstrikers will be a problem, I could be temped to drop Cotez in favour of a few melta/plasma guns to deal with units dropping into your field...

orders should maximise the effect of your few infantry, though beware leadership checks, those 5man squads are gonna flee fairly easily...

Just my initial thoughts,
