Would appreciate some advice on a 1k list for a knock out HH tournament I'm playing this week.

I've never played with 30K BA's before but want the motivation to get 1k together.

Looks good. I would suggest a paragon blade on the praetor if possible though.

Hmm, from a competative-ish standpoint:

Ditch some of the chain fists for regular power fists on the terminator squad to open points, same goes for the melta bombs on one of the assault squad. Doing that should open enough points for you to swap the bolt pistol on the Praetor for a paragon blade, giving him 2 specialist weapons, and the ability to take vehicles AND mulch any 2+ save infantry.

You're correct, the HQ is required to have a Jump Pack. While not required a Melee Upgrade, like a Blade of Perdition would be a good choice for the Delegatus.

Ops sorry gents,

Forgot to carry that across from the initial list.

I've also dropped the grenade harness from the Term sgt, and power sword from the Apoth in order to take the Blade of Perdition on the Delegatus.

You also need a fast attack with the flyer or deep strike rule.
