This list exists because I wanted to paint Daemon models, and I love playing my IG.

[HQ]
Paskisher 180
Executioner 155

Coteaz 100

[Troops]
PCS w/ AC, 2x flamer 50
3x Infantry Squad w/ AC, flamer 195
Veteran Squad w/ LC, 2x plasma 110

[Heavy Support]
Wyvern 65

[Lord of War]
Knight Paladin 375

[Cadian Battlegroup]
CCS w/ Volkov's Cane, MoO, Regimental Standard, LC 125

Psykan Division w/ 18 psykers, ML1 Primaris, 3x Commissar 341

[Fortification Detachment]
VSG w/ 3 shields 100

Total 1851

I have yet to playtest this list as I'm still painting models. But did want to see if there was anyone out there who had experience with a list like this and could offer their opinion.

I can reliably put down 2-3 squads of daemons per turn, running them down the field like idiots to keep people away from my guardsmen. With Coteaz able to buff the blob squad and able to deal with DS/pods I should be pretty safe in my bubble. The CCS can do 3 orders a turn, on 3 dice, and only fails on a roll of 3 6's, which means I've got ignores cover on everything.

I feel I had good ranged variety with weapons capable of handling both vehicles and infantry pretty equally. I'm more worried about vehicles, since my daemons should either tarpit or kill any infantry coming my way. Pask with his rending and rerolling penetration against vehicles should annihilate anything within 24 inches, and some ignore cover LC's should be able to assist.

As far as Daemons go, I have 40 bloodletters, which will be the main summoning choice. For TEQ's I've got 20 Daemonettes, and 6 flamers in case I need to fry something if it gets too close. I have a herald of Khorne with Etherblade and Rage, and a Herald of Tzeentch with the gate relic for even more Daemons. I have 9 Screamers for speed as well as some extra AV, and 9 Bloodkrushers for additional AI support. Finally I've got one Bloodthirster in case I am able to summon it.

Well this is a most interesting type of list (Never thought I would see one like it since all of my friends are fluff nazi's). With the psykana formation you will have tons of warp charges to expend and with a 2+ harness they will be reliable. However look out for "One Eye open", this can make your ranged support stats still like idiots while your blood letters/demonettes are easily mowed down (deep strike scattering can affect this). To be honest even 4 squads of blood letters and demonettes are not scary and can be easily destroyed by autocannon fire any type of blast as soon as they deepstrike, or even storm bolters. Also even with coteaz there No one will be afraid of a few plasma guns and autocannon and people will still risk the deep strike. Finally watch out for grey knights as they will have a field day with demons. Overall I believe the enemy will still have a monumental trouble balancing ordnance blasts from tanks and knight as well as smaller squads of demons. However if they have a decent amount of blast weapons you are going to have a problem.

I brought a daemon summoning guard gunline to an ITC event and had some decent success. (2 win, 1 draw, 1 loss)

If you roll on possession for any wrydvane squad it's easy game easy life as you pop out two greater daemons (get another bloodthirster) (cause the primaris will know it too)

In terms of summoning I found the most success with corn dogs. Their 12" helps them get up the field and put on a lot of forward pressure.

No- it's your turn to die.

Having my summons blown off the table is preferable to getting my VSG shot at, so I'm hoping my opponent prefers to shoot at my free squads!

I think OEO is probably going to be my biggest hurdle. It can be mitigated with good scatter, or if one of the squads managed to roll cursed earth.

SM players who DS probably won't be to scared of Coteaz, but he does give me free shots at them which gives me an opportunity to maybe blow up the drop pod, or kill some marines. As long as I have the VSG shields to help out, the knight can easily keep my line clear until I get some summons down to screen in case I don't get first turn.

Typhon I'm interested in seeing your list if you wouldn't mind sharing it. I'm aware I can drop 2 Bloodthirsters, but to me it seemed a little overkill to drop 500 free points on the table on turn 1!

Here's my list. Take an astropath in your CCS, they're really cheap for the extra WC dice and have access to telepathy for the possibility invis. At the very least psykic shriek is hella useful.
