Hi, here's my latest attempt at a competitive list. It's a bit of a mess, but I'm hoping it could be pretty competitive in an ETC format. The plan is this:

- 2x 50 man conscript blobs advance support by librarians, coteaz and priests. The libbies + coteaz hope for invis, forewarning + shrouding to help survivability. If they get into combat with anything big, the libbies have melta bombs, and their hit and run can get them away.
- 2 x 20 man blobs, and the 3 command squads hold the backfield for obsec and add some firepower down the range
- Wyverns sit out of LOS where possible and snipe out characters / specials
- Servo skulls prevent infiltrators/scouts
- Genestealer cult units deploy by cult ambush to mob backfield units, riptides and the like. Generally aim to block movement, destroy vulnerable targets and tie up powerful shooting units. Coteaz's re-roll to seize should help them get into combat turn 1
