It has no AA and artillery wouldn't like being in assault.
How about:
3 flyrants + 3 mucolids in a leviathon detachment, and as many genestealer cult subterranean uprising units as you can fit in the rest of the list.
The flyrants mught be able to get the sorcerors affected by shadow in the warp too.
Or alternatively, nine riptides in a riptide wing. SMS/HBC everything to death. 9 lascannons and a few S10 AP2 large blasts won't begin to get through them by the end of the game. Ideally nova charge the SMSs turn one and unleash 16x9 twin linked SMS shots using the hailfire rule.

Vs that many riptides I would try to get enfeeble on the sorcerers, move them up in zombie blobs, cast it, and then hit the riptides with the Str 10 for that juicy instant death.
The thing about artillery is they're all T7. Given that they'll be behind zombies (and/or possibly in cover) SMS/HBC aren't actually all that effective.
Not to mention the 8 quad launchers/3 heavy mortars/3 earthshakers which will chip off some wounds on other riptides (theoretically downing 1 a turn). And lastly, there's pinning on the mortars/launchers at -1Ld. Pinning a whole riptide squad, hilarious, but also reduces your armies fire by 1/3.
I'm anticipating facing a riptide wing almost every game. Should I be able to bring my whole force of shooting to bear and get enfeeble off, I can kill 3 riptides/turn. (though this would decrease as I lost guys). For perspective, quick math shows that the full SMS volley would kill about 20 artillery crew or about 4-5 carriages.

-Skyhammer would really F-up all the artillery pieces and you'd finally have a use for those assault marines.
-Then the formation with the Storm Raven and 2 Storm talons as there isn't any Skyfire.
-Add Imperial Knight for sweeping troublesome squads.

Try a Wyrdstorm brotherhood, give one of your Rune Priests the Helm of Russ. Its superpower attack averages 30+ S7 ignores-cover hits, which is enough to melt anything shy of Terminators or Land Raiders. It'll slaughter your artillery, or just obliterate zombie squads.
Eldar just try to fit 2 or 3 Skathach Wraithknight with DEathshroud cannons.
Webway shunt generators to jump to the right spot and apply 2x Hellstorm templates that wounds vs init with shred at fp4. Then charge whatever poor thing remains after.
