Take away their tokens, have a ton of other tokens, have Serissu's buffer while she shoots stuff with a gun. Leeachos steals a friend's token and then everyone gets the token. Basically, Leeachos learns to share.

No. You only get a token if you didn't alreday have one. It still leaves you with a flexible squad action-wise, but not a huge pile of tokens near everyone.

If you set it up right you can still get positive action economy. Palob steals a token, giving everyone their first focus token. Leech takes a token, immediately giving it back. Then Manaroo passes off 1-2 tokens, immediately getting one back. So you can end up with two tokens on Leech, 2-3 tokens on whoever gets Manaroo's gift, and one token on everyone else.

The much bigger problem is that you have no firepower. Your only ship with better than a 2-dice gun is Serissu, so you're utterly dependent on having Palob strip tokens to have any prayer of getting damage through. Once Palob goes down you lose the game.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

It's also dependent on your squad needing a maximum of one red maneuver per turn (otherwise they do a white straight two). That action economy is going to crash unless you become very predictable next turn...
