New player making Imperial Guard/Astra Militarum Codex.
Notes-
I'm new, so I'm not sure how well some units/upgrades work
I see that I have a massive over reliance on artillery, but I just dig the fluff
I'm also not very financially secure at the moment so blobs are not really an option
Also, Ratlings seem kinda useless but I like snipers
I have no idea about my local meta other than the guy who runs the local FLGS play Nids and Orks
