Preface: I used to play a LOT of 3.5 - 4th edition, and am just getting back into the game. I've played a half dozen games of 7th ed, but with all the changes to allowed FOC configurations, I'm still figuring out what makes a good list in 7th Ed.
What do ya'll think of this list? From the casual games I've played I think it'd be highly effective, but in 7th ed. the gap between a "casual" list and a competitive one has gotten so wide it's ridiculous...

Good call... don't know why I didn't think of that.
I'm trying to think of how this list might fare in a tournament. Against something like 5 Wraithknights, I imagine it would do pretty well, but I'm not so sure how it'd hold up again a 5 man riptide wing.

I was kinda joking...but I mean the list would probably do fine against a lot of things. I think you could keep the trueborn raider squads, switch the troops to venoms, and run bikes in the FA slots. Then you'd basically have the list Lawrence from TT used to great effect (1st place) at No Retreat 3. Granted that tournament had some wonky list building rules, but as a take all comers list it has everything that's good about DE maxed out to both hold objectives and dish out pain.

One option...
For the cost of a sybarite and a haywire grenade you can make the trueborn without blaster into a sybarite giving you ld 9 to the squads and a thrown haywire grenade. +15 pts per squad, the cost of a blaster

Not the best dark eldar player here but i'm confused about the troop choices you chose. Those troops don't really do a whole lot. You threw them in raiders which don't do much in many cases. I only use raiders for close combat squads like incubi and grotesques. I've also heard of people using squads with heavy weapons in raiders and jinking them with night shields (infantry inside can shoot at full BS when a skimmer jinks now) but you took no night shields in this list either. You could probably drop all those raiders and put the troops in the venoms instead and save yourself a ton of points. Even then i don't know that you need that many troops.
Another thing i'd suggest is getting yourself something to deal with enemies in cover. My preferred method is usually close combat with something like incubi or grotesques or even reavers. The other options aren't as good like liquifier guns and medusae or tormentor/phantasm/fear bomb shenanigans which work only if the enemy isn't fearless, ATSKNF or high leadership.
I'm mixed on your anti-tank and anti-monster choices. On one hand blasters aren't that great vs vehicles but they're a really great all around weapon otherwise (instant death, going throuh FnP up to T4, can handle vehicles, monsters and can punch through armor). Considering 25% to 50% of the time and much more with top tier armies you won't fight vehicles having anything but blasters would probably be a disadvantage. Heat lance still might be nice but you might want to avoid haywire currently.
Just some suggestions i found out with Dark Eldar is you might want to put some of your shooting vehicles with night shields in area terrain or trees. You have to take DT but it so far feels way worth it for the 3+ cover (after night shields) that you get and you don't have to waste your time jinking and not shooting from the vehicle just to save it from dying horribly. Also jumping over walls is silly but very useful with dark eldar. You go from out of line of sight to able to in it and shooting all your weapons.
It's a real shame dark eldar don't have some sort of walls or something to deploy or something that'd boost our army. The walls and buildings guard get are stupid good and the super heavies as well. Just something on that level for dark eldar with like first strike or with cover boost would be nice.

Drop 1 blasterborn from each of these squads and the dark lance on the raider, this will gain you 20 pats per squad. The extra blast shot is nice but I would max out my other shooting first then sprinkle in blaster shots as you see fit. The single dark lance shot is crap, as statistically it will do little or no damage, but 3 str 5 ap 2 shots per raider really adds up fast when facing meq and teq.

Add dark lances here and use the points saved to get a third ravager and a 6th venom if possible. My math says I freed up 195 pts. Which is still 20 pts shy of being able to add both and upgrade the other 2 ravagers to dark lances. But I think you can make it work. Using 3 lances at a time makes the ravages able to actually destroy a vehicle, running all of those disintegrates on raiders will lay down ridiculous damage on marines and 6 venoms should clean up any monsterous creatures.
