I noticed in Traitor Legions that the cult spell lists have 6 spells, plus primaris.

My pitiful chaos cards at home only have 3 spells and a primaris (the book only has 3 spells as well).

Did they get some kind of upgrade randomly?

And yep, the god powers have been updated to get some new not god awful stuff. Gw will probably start selling them soon together with brim horrors. In the meanwhile you can use dice or probably model them with a pen and paper if you don't like the idea of rolling for powers.

You can't get them. You can get the tzeentch spells in the Wrath of Magnus collectors edition if it's still available in your area, but the others don't have any cards yet.
