Here's a list I've been thinking about, wondering if it will be competitive or if there is any revisions I should make and want to double check it's ITC legal as well. The idea is to use make relatively tough biker star with the cyclobia cabal formation. Thanks for the help in advance!

The Cabal won't get the Death Guard bonuses so not sure I'd bother with MoN on them. T6 is nice but better chances at good powers probably trumps that since unit will remain T6 majority for awhile.

Other than that, seems like the warband chumps need a little love, if not to help them score if anything. Meltaguns or something that lets them clear off obsec rhinos and such. All the eggs are in that one bikestar.

Also your lack of hit and run makes this pretty uncompetitive imo. Basically your only real punch except for the drakes can be fed units all game. Some builds get around this by having multiple threats (the typical cabal + kdk builds usually have other threats or multiple mini stars).
