8 strong Retibutor Squad: Lives inside the Bastion, mans the Heavy Bolters with Jacobus (Warlord), Rends FTW.
10 strong Retributor Squad: Lives onto the Bastion or on an objective. Camps.
Battle Sisters in Immolators: Move to objectives.
Reserves:
8x Deep Striking Scion Squads - Murder Everything, take objectives.
1x Outflanking Dominions + Immolator - Murder Big Things.
Goal of the list - Friendly and Local Tournament (mass douchebaggery like flying circus, giant tau suits, knights galore). I don't intend to win, but to have some decent fun suicide bombing things. Who knows, there's a lot of objective secured here. Criticism welcome.
Fun all around, though I would say you can drop about 300 points ish of Stormtroopers to take Vendettas/Vultures as a means to kill flyers. Flying Circus and Croissant spam will give you a hard time otherwise.

I play one similar though I prefer to go slightly more heavy on the Sororitas side.
I didn't have a fortification, but I had a lot of dominions and melta boys, so about 60% of the army was outflanking or deepstriking. It worked pretty well vs marines and guard, but got pounded by Demons.
