It looks OKish. You have a healthy mix of firepower, so should be able to deal with things. Horde armies might be a little rough.

Vehicles tend to be on the fragile side these days, but between jinking and holofields, you should be OK in a more casual game.

Generally I’d avoid squadroning tanks. IMHO it’s not worth the lack of movement/fire options for the benefits it gives. If you need to do it for slots, the prisms get something for just 2.

The WS should be dedicated transports for the DAs. Gives them ObSec.

I might drop the walkers and the rangers for more thematic units. Swap the rangers for another DA squad. If you took the ML walkers for AA, take a crimson hunter instead.

Not sure if the holofields are worth it on the vyper. They are so cheep, just take a second one. Might trim some of the spirit stones for points as well.

Overall, I like your list. Looks like it would be fun to play against.

This army has too less fire power.
I've played a skimmer based army in the former editions.
You need an interplay between tanks and units, like Wraithguard, Dire Avengers or Guardian Defenders in Serpents, and Fire Dragons in Falcons.

So I played against a or battlewagon company last at 2000 points. Added 5rangers, a wraithknight and another walker for the extra 500.

My results were that of course the walkers done almost nothing, I still made the mistake of pushing too close to the front for better sight down the board and they got beat up by some Orks in combat. The fire prisms didn't lay out the large blast effectively but Turbo for line breaker and missed both shot that I got to put into the rear of a battle wagon. The falcons three shots per turn each managed to do a whole four damage to a battle wagons front arc. I missed all six shots one turn. Wave serpents and vyper just got to harrass some grots in buggies. the Farseer and DA stayed in a wave serpent till turn four but otherwise not strong enough to deal many wounds. Rangers just done a little harassing. Now the only point killing model my wraith knight done 400pts of damage with stomps on turn 2 against a ork boyz with war boss. But they also laid the killing blow at the same time with power claws. So losses at end of turn five for both armies were about 600-900 points.
