Rite of War - Terror Assault

3x 10-man Terror Squads
9x Volkites, Chainglaive, AA

This is all I can't think of at the moment. Revisions are obviously needed as this is a very rough draft.

I run NL at 1000 and 2000

Terror Squads are absolutely worth every point. Give them Volkites for sure. Run them in (2) 10 man squads and a 3rd squad as 5 man objective holders.
The two ten man squads should get volkites. Also put one in a drop pod if you can.

Sevatar is amazing but very expensive. Better off at 1500 running a Centurion decked out or a Praetor.

Night Lords are great at Anti Infantry, you will have no problems killing with volkites etc. However, you do need some ways to deal with heavy stuff.

I always give my Contemptor a Plasma Cannon. It just can do the most dmg to either tanks, dreads, or terminators.

I would also run Cataphractii with a variety of weapons. They are a great support group and for 15 points you can deep strike them.

Scorpius is also a good cheap tank to run if you can get it on the board. The missiles can hit a lot of stuff.

Night Lords play to their strengths, surprise, kill infantry quickly, etc.

You need to fill in the gaps with some armor, a solid dread, and some heavy hitters like Terms to balance them out.
