Basic idea is for this to be a competitive list for casual games. That is why there is no "D" and my Windriders have mixed weapons.
The Kabalite Warriors deploy in the FA Venoms so that there is more ObSec coverage. Both WKs start on the Landing Pad with the Farseer & 5 bikes

It is important to know that this list uses all the Eldar and DE bikes I own and both WKs are modeled as Wratihlords riding Vyper jetbikes (hence my version on Skathach Knights).
So what do you guys think? Is it still too much for casual play? Would it be fun to play against?

Well, two WK's are too much for competitive play.
The rest looks fine.

Really though? My 1 WK dies (or lives but does very little) in just about every game in casual play, unless it has the 5++. Having to stay on the Landing pad means that I don't get as much out of the CC capabilities of the WK unless my opponent rushes me.

And the alternative would be to drop the 2nd WK for 2 Hornets and a Crimson Hunter Exarch, which is a bit more fire power and certainly more range. But maybe that is just my meta.

It really depends on your meta.
I guess that I could bring both lists to a local tourney.

With respect 4 jet bike units and 2 WK even if they aren´t D are competitive for competitive play let alone casual play. mixing jetbike weapon in my opinion is you trying to play down competitiveness by saying "well i did mess about with my optimization by splitting the guns. Honest"

Ok, duly noted. Only 1 WK in casual games (if at all) and zero Scatterbikes.

But which is more "casual"?
3 Windriders with 3 Shuricannons
OR
3 Windriders with 1 Scatter laser

The single Scatterlaser option is the cheapest and hardest to kill because of it's range, yet only 1 Scatter laser is far from OP since it only kills about 1 SM per turn and needs extreme luck to pop a Rhino in a single turn.
The 3 Shuricannon option has more firepower, but pays a higher cost and must risk getting closer.

Honestly I am on the fence about which is less competitive
