so looking at building a new army got necrons and the new thousand sons at the moment, i enjoy the necrons more than the thousand sons though magnus is a cool dude.

Better in terms of competitiveness?

Mechanicum is T1 ish, but only with War Convocation. The rest of the lists are decent at best.

Dark Angels have a couple builds in T2 ish, maybe T1, but mostly Lion's Blade and Ravenwing (esp. Deathstars).
