I wanted to take a moment and thank all of you, this project has been a ride and a half, and the game has been kicking my butt, hence why we decided to try to launch a miniature line that can stand on it's own while continuing development of the game itself.

You're feedback has been amazing, and your support has really been a huge blessing while I have worked on this. I know many of you are just as excited to see this making progress as I am. I am going to make a request to you guys now as we approach this projects start date.

SHARE!! Share it with anyone who you think will enjoy this line up. The more folks we have on board, the more likely I'll be able to produce the full line, while I have no doubts I'll get the launch figures off the ground, beyond that, I have so much more I want to produce. So share pics on your walls, share them on forums, share them everywhere and make sure to link back to us here so people have a central community to talk to about everything. Right now we are looking at one small region of the world of Edoss, the Kingdom of Von, there is so much more that we can explore together, and I want to explore it!
So once again, thank you all for your support through all of this, it's been wonderful and will continue to be an amazing adventure!

The Team

Glenn McClune - Designer and Creative lead on Sacred Sword, I will be taking and handling all of the kickstarter end of the project.
Tom Anders - Owner of Impact Miniatures, once the project is complete, he'll be handling all the production, casting, and shipping of the figures.
Lorraine Schleter - An amazing artist who I have worked on this with since the beginning, she's done absolutely stellar work taking my bad sketches and turning them into perfect designs for this world.

By teaming up with Impact Miniatures to handle the actual production and shipping on Sacred Sword Miniatures, we are hoping to mitigate any major issues, they've got a lot of experience and have a really good track record for getting their projects out on time or close, and sometimes even early.
In the event of a delay in manufacturing and such, you will be updated when we know so we can keep you informed.

Link seems busted and I dont see a website for them. Art seems to be done by the same person as the Impact chibi ones (and some reused pieces like the wasp), wonder if someone split off?

As you say the concept art looks to be done by the same person used by Impact! for their chibi stuff (Lorraine Schelter http://lorillustration.tumblr.com/) but she's a freelance

and if I remember right the wasp was an illustration done by Lorraine for Glen McClune (the chap behind sacred sword) which he then let impact! use to make the mini

so there's been no splits just cooperation among the chibi loving community

Great First Couple Days and a Surprise!

So wow guys, the first couple days have gone great, we are 1/4 way through funding, and things seem to be going smoothly so far. Now, we still have a ways to go, so share, share, share! The more folks who see this, the more backers we can get, more backers means more minis, which is everything we are looking for!
Now, we have a little surprise, because we teamed up with Impact, he has offered to let us bring in figures from the existing chibi line! After looking over everything (I mean everything) I have narrowed down on the designs I really like, and would like to see in Sacred Sword, I feel these figures have the look and feel to fit the world, and therefore we're including them. We're not rolling them all in at once, as there is a decent selection. But for today, let's take a look at the Desert themed figures!

Character Spotlight - Useko Warrior

So guys, we're gonna take a look at the Useko Warrior!

The useko are a curious race, prone to wandering the lands in search of various treasures and artifacts …. in which to sell at a price far higher than they are truly worth. However many have turned to true adventuring to find these lost treasures, and while many are a bit unscrupulous, others prove to be trusted friends. Useko are a bit taller than one would expect, roughly 6'6" on average, they can look a bit intimidating. But usually they're pretty soft on the inside, perhaps a little greedy, but generally are not cruel or mean.

As this sculpt is already done, I got my hands on a print early and painted him up, he's so freaking cute!!
