Working on finally getting my Night Lords army going, with a heavy Raptor and Bike theme. One of the two Lords will be on either a bike or Juggernaut (depending on the list and whether I'm using NL or Black Legion rules for that sweet Turn 1 deepstrike). I'd like some kind of bat/demon style mount for him, but I'm drawing a blank in my searching.

Are there any 3rd party sellers out there with a some kind of bat or bat-like demon that could be a mount? I'm shying away from just a cool bike, because if I use him on a juggernaut I'd want him easily recognizable; saying the "cool looking dude on a demon is on a bike" seems easier than the other way around.

On the small end, would a converted Varghulf ( https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Flesh-Eater-Court-Varghulf-Courtier ) look too weird? I'd need to have him on its back with a chain harness or such.
Or a Terrorgheist or Zombie Dragon, but those are huge and not really what I was going for.

Possibly look into converting a regular juggernaut with a mortarch of Night head swap. If the size doesn't put you off a plain mortarch of Night could be cool as well. Smaller than a zombie dragon at least.

Did you consider using Varanguards as a base for your conversion?

Their steeds are pretty sweet and the riders themselves look really great!

You could then add wings or swap the head maybe? Although I am personally very fan of the horse as is.

To me those are the best way to have unique and personalized Chaos Lords on bikes or other mounts. You can even make his retinue out of a box of Chaos Knights from Aos by adding parts from 40K marines to the horse riders.
