Volksarmee is the East German expansion for Team Yankee, and it's apparently out now. I don't have a copy of the book myself (currently unemployed...), but bits of info about it are already floating around.

One of the most interesting bits of news concerns the new pieces of equipment that are available. The NVA gets access to some Soviet vehicles, like the BRDM, that weren't included in the Team Yankee core rulebook Soviet lists.

But the Soviets can use them anyway.

As has been mentioned, all Team Yankee packages include cards that provide unit stats. The new Soviet vehicles, like the BRDM, contain an additional card that explains how to integrate the new vehicles into your regular Soviet formations. So if you want replace your BMPs with BRDMs before Red Thunder (the upcoming Soviet book) is released, you can.
