Newbie here,

Been painting on and off again with my 40k Orkz since 5th edition. Only played a couple of games at home, but I don't remember much anymore. Would like to get into Fantasy Battle or AoS too.

Looking for people in Washington state, hopefully in King County (if not, chat through messages is fine) to teach me the basics.

I'm down in the Vancouver area, but be sure to check out Ordo Fanaticus for local gaming.

Hey Grensche - second the motion to get on the Ordo Fanaticus boards.

Also, Heroic Knight up in Issaquah has a good 40K night on Thursdays. Not too far from Auburn. Check out their Facebook site.

There is a small AoS community but you're likely to have to travel to Mox Boardinghouse (Bellevue) or Card Kingdom (Ballard). I used to play Fantasy but have since sold all my stuff. Picking up 40K though - you're welcome to beat on my newbie Skitarii force as you learn!

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. There used to be a Games Workshop here in Auburn but it closed down some time ago. It was literally 10 minutes away from my house.

I"ll have to ask the Kent Store if they have a decent size AoS community. If not I'll just stick with 40K.

Swan-of-War - I'll take up on that offer. I'd rather play with someone I somewhat know, than a total stranger. I'm painting my Orks at the moment.
