Hello there.
I ha this crazy, conversion, idea for eldar bikers, which inspired me to start eldar army. But I dont know where to start, and I am in search for help. The thing is, that I dont one to buy models that I will not use. So maybe some, veteran, eldar players can help me make a full biker 500p eldar army?

Well, you're certainly cutting alot of units from the Codex if you just use bikers, so that narrows down list construction considerably.

Are you looking to be super-competitive with this list? Is it for a specific type of game or event?

Do you want to try and have variety in the list, or just spam scatterbikes and jetseers?

super competitive. I was told that windriders are a good unit to spam.

Right, well, super-competitive is not my strong point, but basically:

Farseer on Jetbike. Spirit Stone optional.
Divide remaining points by 27. Take that many scatter bikes. If leftover points, take a bare biker. Split them into units of 3 or 5.

Watch your opponents roll their eyes so hard their retinas detach and then call an ambulance.

what about the biker loud out? Any special weapons?

Put a scatter laser on every available bike. Singing spear on the farseer if you end up with 5pts to spare.

Maybe could do a Windrider Host formation?
1 Farseer, 1 Warlock Conclave, 3 units of Windriders and 1 Vyper squadron.

With the Windriders all having Scatterlasers, should still have about 50 points to play around with. Little variety, though, not sure on competitiveness of the Vyper.

If you do take nothing but bikes, I'd watch out for any IG player who fields a squadron of Hydra flak tanks.

Your guys will evaporate at this low points, while he laughs.

I decided to go with the Yanari. But still go full jetbike army. Is it possible to fit an, anti tank, scyweaver in a 500p list?

Scatter lasers are usually enough of any anti-tank option if you get into side/rear armour, but DE Reavers with Heat lance or Blaster are decent choices too.
Skyweavers with Haywire blaster are good, but at 500pts they are a bit too pricey and they really want to be in CC

Instead of Ynnari, have you considered an Ulthwe Strike Force will all bikes?
The following is exactly 500pts:
4 Black Gaurdian Windriders w Scatter lasers
4 Black Gaurdian Windriders w Scatter lasers
4 Black Gaurdian Windriders w Scatter lasers
5 Black Gaurdian Windriders w 4 Shuricannons & 1 shuricat

You can reserve all 4 units and roll for reserves Turn 1 (the detachment bonus) and Deep Strike with no scatter.
This can guarantee that you drop in and can pop any threats to the bikes, like IG tanks. Just drop into their side or rear armour can pop them before they can get a shot off.
If you play against Chaos, you'll have Preferred Enemy.

That formation is great. But, my army is Innari based ( So I wanted to keep it a little bit themed.
Do the skyweavers have any CC weapon that is good anti tank?

Fair enough. Then I would recommend the following as your core:
Farseer Skyrunner
4 Scatter bikes
3 Scatter Bikes
3 Scatter bikes
---------385 pts

You have 115pts left for the following:
2 Skyweavers w/ Haywire
2 unit of 3 Reavers with Heat lances - You may have to drop 1 Scatter lasser to fit this in.

I was going to suggest Shining Spears, but I really don't see them working without an Autarch.

Well, 500 pts of Windrider jetbikes incl. a Jetseer is a strong army.
Next time I'll bring my 40 Windrider jetbikes. That's 40 scatter lasers, ouch!
