-Blood Angels squads geared for close-combat played defensively? I get that the Storm Shields help with staying power but they'll still get shot. A five man Assault Squad isn't much for it either outside of
CC so I'd get them engaged in combat immediately if I'm honest.
-Your tactical squads are not my cup of tea but they're likely to win back some points so no real issues there, but I would put them in drop pods for better placement and it gives you 20 points to play with.
-Your Archangels are fairly close to how I run mine and I've had success with them so no real issues there.
Those are my comments on your current list, and I think that in a semi-competitive environment (As in not total
WAAC, but also not friendly, fluffy lists) you'll do well for a non-top tier army. My honest thoughts though are more along the lines of where is the Death Company? The Sanguinary Guard? The Furioso Dreadnought? Where are all the cool Elites that Blood Angels are known for? But that's just an opinion of mine and not actual list analysis
