35 years old belgian here.

I was introduced in the "universe of eternal war" by my cousins, back in… well, I don't remember clearly. At least 15 years. (I think the Necrons weren't out yet)
They had a bunch of WD and i remember being "wowed" by the illustrations, could clearly see the battles raging before me. I read those magazines till the pages wouldn't hold together any more, being amazed by the minis and the paintjobs…
So one day, I did what I had to : I bought a tactical 5 men squad from my local GW, painted them with whatever paint I got and ended up with this (took the picture 2 days ago).


Then, life happens: never played it, never went further.

Then, several months ago, I got the urge to purge
Since the price for new minis are still too high for my purse, I decided to buy 2nd (even 3rd) hands mini and start the recovering process.
Here's what I collected so far:


So here I am : about the start the process, working on the fluff, when time's available, between a non-supporting wife, a 11 months old baby and a newly bought house that need restoration.
Needless to say I'm gonna give update on my works very scarcely

I'm a complete noob about new rules, there's a ton of references I don't get here, on this mighty fine forum, afraid of asking the obvious…
I think I just gave a really nice presentation of myself .
Time to get back to more thinking, no doing.
