Black Templar Recruit Undergoing Surgeries

Hi Guys

I am big black templars fan and i have tried my best to find as much lore to read about them online as i can. Im not a huge reader but i am willing to invest the time and money into books and material out there that is black Templar themed, But i dont really know where i should get started. So all the lore buffs out there what recommendations would you make for a black Templar fan to read ?

Thanks

I moved this to the 40K Background forum. I think you'll get a better response here.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1

I'd also be interested. My brother is getting back into 40k with me, and he plays Black Templars (if he wasn't playing them, I would be).

One thing I'm curious about is Black Templars as a foot slogging army. I'm way out of date and trying to get caught up, but when I first started reading about their fluff it didn't sound like they were limited in their use of vehicles. In fact, they had their own special Land Raider variant.

That said, I am behind the times, so I'm not trying to argue the point I'm just curious.
