I am wondering if games workshop release schedules for new kits are usually during the end of each month and then they introduce upcoming releases of next month in their white dwarf issue so on and so forth. Or does games workshop also release kits sporadically when no one ever expecting it.

The introduction thing is new, it used to just be sporadically when they thought no one was expecting it.
