Over the last few years I have saved
NUMEROUS amounts of interesting plastic containers, polystyrene packaging molds, toy bits, cardboard, various containers/lids (some of which look like pillar columns), and a multitude of other items in hopes of making wargaming (mainly Warhammer
40K) terrain to use myself, and possibly some to sell online. There is a small room in my basement where I have been keeping everything, and the intent was to turn this room into a workshop, but alas I am going through a divorce and cannot feasibly bring it all with me when it comes time to move...
Instead of throwing it all away in the recycling dumpsters in town, I want to give it all a good home to someone who has the same types of aspirations/visions to make gaming terrain so that all my efforts (and evil stares from the ex about my "mountain of junk") will not have been for naught. You may very well need a pickup truck or a small U-Haul if you want everything. Some things are in boxes and some are currently in totes, but I will be needing those totes to pack my things so you will need to bring your own if needed (e.g. for open-topped truck beds). I can part with any cardboard boxes that already have stuff in them. As you can see below, everything has been cleaned/washed/bleached to decontaminate any containers that were touching food or other hazardous chemicals/cleaners, and any cardboard has been placed on pallets to avoid any water damage from inevitable leaking during heavy rains.
You will need to come and pick it up yourself if you want it; I currently live in Girard, Ohio (just north of Youngstown). I will lug it out of the basement for easy access when pickup has been arranged, and I will also make sure there aren't any spiders etc. in any of the boxes. I've kept the room sprayed with pest control every 6 months or so.. hopefully no issues there.
Private message me with your contact info if interested, and I will get back to you ASAP to provide additional details. If there are no takers by April 2017 then I will have to lay it all to rest in the recycle bins...
