After buying Shadows over Hammerhal, I finally have a full unit of Acolytes to use in both the boardgame and on the tabletop. I'm just a little confused as to how the weapon loadouts work for them. Mostly its the fact that the unit is allowed to mix weapons that has me confused. For most units, the first paragraph of the loadout is pretty straight forward. Some units carry X while others carry Y, then you use the stat line for the loadout you select and build. The confusing part is that the Warscroll mentions the glaives as being two-handed, and shields being wielded alongside a single Cursed Blade, but when building the Acolytes (using the instructions from the Hammerhal guide, so possibly different from the base kit instructions), you are told to build the Kairic Adept and Cursed Glaive wielders with a shield and Cursed Glaive. You are also instructed to include a shield with all models in the unit except the Vulcharc. The Acolytes with Paired Blades have a shield on their back as well. So the question is who gets the benefit of the shields in game? Based on the warscroll loadout, it would seem to be only models with a single blade and a shield (which is not of the actual models), but based on how they are built, it would be everyone but the Vulcharc. Any insight?

The differences in the Kairic Acolyte loadout between the Warscroll and the miniatures (especially the Cursed Glaive and Arcanite Shield) is a well known problem on the AoS Facebook page. So far there's been no official answer.

Well, it's good to know I'm not the only one confused. An FAQ/Errata would be helpful.
