The model looks like a Steam Punk Dark Wing Duck. :-)
The hat, kerchief, cape & gas mask bring together a model that looks like Dark Wing Duck. I am wondering if Morgana MacCawber is up next for the Steam Punk Edition.
During the early 90's I watched the Disney Dark Wing Duck cartoon after school every day it was on and am a fan. I used to have a collection of the action figures they released for that cartoon series.

Plus Gorman di Wulfe uses gas grenades and has " DW" in his initials. It's enough to make me wonder if the similarities aren't coincidence.
