Here with the 30k version of a list that is designed to be dynamic between both 30k and 40k, so its playable with either variation.
The basis behind the list is, of course, support the Stormblade - Stormblade kills the boots, Russ' kill the armor, and the rest of the list cleans house.

I think you'll have a problem with objective missions - with only two lasrifle sections with neither transport nor medicae, advancing up the board isnt gonna happen. Im assuming the plan is literally just to form a gunline behind the aegis emplacements?

In terms of raw firepower, tge list looks good. Personally I'd consider graviton cannons- unless you specifically expect titans or invisible units, haywire is much more reliable antitank.

youve got a lot of ap3 area blast ordnance, but not a whole lot of ap2 (aside from the minor matter of the stormblade!) - you might find yourself in trouble if you get massed terminators getting in close.

For its price, there are better anti-boots weapon than the Stormblade. The Stormsword has ignores cover, for example, while still IDing Custodes.

Incidentally the Stormsword is also good against tanks if necessary.
