Chicago Skirmish Wargames recently played our first game of Bushido, and really enjoyed it.

How was the rules balance for you? I did not pay much attention to it at Adepticon due to complaints from other players that it is just lopsided out of control currently.

Lovely miniatures, and good to see a game group playing something different.

We are still learning the rules, but it didn't feel that far off balance to me.

I played a 2nd game yesterday, and used a different faction... This one felt a little more imbalanced, but the faction I was using (Temple of Ro-Kan), is full of special rules, and I think that I wasn't playing them very well.

More importantly, we had a lot of fun during both games. We are not the most competitive group of gamers, though. I don't mind losing as long as we tell a great story!
