In the new book are there any beastmen formations or warscrolls for them.

There is indeed.

The Bloodscorch Bulltribe needs three Ghorgons and three units of Bullgors. In return, you get the Khorne keyword, +1 wounds to every model, and re-rolling on charges (and re-rolling wounds against a specific Battalion of Devoted of Sigmar, but that may not come up too often).

Tried this one myself, it is quite fun!

Ty for the info. Are there any other things in the book pertinent to beastmen.

Really? Khorne-marked Minotaurs? That's actually a thing?! Yes, please! I think I found my next army...

Note that most of the warscrolls in the campaign books don't have points values, meaning they can't be used in Matched Play without house rules and your opponent's/tournament organizer's consent.

That's fine. I'm just excited for something that I didn't know was possible

I have only been playing casually right now, using points as a guideline for army size. With any luck, those missing Battalions will get points costs in the next GHB, so no one can say anything

Most likely not. Not every warscroll is meant for Matched Play, and those do not have points values.
